Who else loves to cook but HATES doing dishes??? Well, I can assure you that I fall under that category!




This one pan meal is so simple! It’s so easy and full the perfect mid week meal to put together when you aren’t in the mood to cook! So ideal! Recipe is below!




The Best One Pan Meal:




Ingredients:


1 Wild Caugby Salmon fillet

1-2 Bunches of Bok Choy (Depending on how many you are serving)

1-2 Butternut squashes (depending on how many you are serving)



Instructions:


1. Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees.

2. Line a pan with parchment paper and place all ingredients on the pan. Coat the salmon and bok choy in garlic, onion, black pepper, and sea salt.

3. Bake for 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes turn the oven on broil and bake for another 5-10 minutes keeping an eye on everything.

5. Enjoy!
